Terms & Conditions

By having treatments with us you’re agreeing to the following:

Medical Disclaimer

  • You certify that all information that the clinic has requested of you such as medical/health history is correct and that is your responsibility to inform the clinic should any of this information change. Riverside Skin & Laser Clinic is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed information.

Eligibility for Treatment

  • You are over the age of 18, unless explicitly permitted and accompanied by a parent/guardian.
  • The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate or medically unsuitable. 

Client Responsibility

  • You have had the opportunity to ask any questions regarding the treatment and these questions have been answered to your satisfaction.
  • You agree to follow the pre & post treatment advice given by Riverside Skin & Laser Clinic.
  • You have been informed of any possible side effects, understand how these may occur and will not hold the clinic responsible should any of these occur.
  • Any abuse, threats or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated, and will result in your treatment being discontinued. 
  • Riverside Skin & Laser Clinic is not responsible for complications arising from non-compliance to the aftercare

Treatments

  • Whilst we strive to provide excellent service, factual and up to date advice and highly skilled treatments, we cannot guarantee your results and do not offer refunds if the results fail to meet your expectations.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, please see our bookings page for information regarding cancellations.
  • For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in treatment rooms at any time. Additionally, children cannot be left unsupervised in the clinic reception area. We kindly ask that alternative childcare arrangements are made prior to your appointment to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all clients and staff.
  • You may choose to not treat certain areas in treatments, no reduction in price is available where areas have been removed.

Adverse Reactions & Side Effects

  • While uncommon, side effects and complications may occur. 
  • Any concerns must  be reported to the clinic immediately.

Products

  • Products purchased in clinic are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • If using prescription medications (oral or topical), pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from a specific health condition, you should seek advice from an appropriate medical practitioner before starting any new products or regime.

Packages & Memberships

  • Treatment packages must be used within 18 months.
  • Missed or expired treatments are forfeited.
  • If you have elected to miss specific areas during a treatment, this not redeemable at a later date.
  • By signing up to a membership, you are agreeing for Riverside Skin & Laser Clinic to set up a direct debit for the specified amount and time frame.
