Hand Hygiene
Our doctors, nurses and staff members who treat, examine or help care for you, are trained in the correct hand washing procedure and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to minimise the risk of infection. Hand foam dispensers and hand sanitiser are available in all areas, consulting rooms and inside each clinic room. It is also important for our clients to maintain hand hygiene especially following skin treatments or minor surgery. If you cannot get to a hand wash basin for any reason, please ask one of our team for assistance.
Clients, patients and visitors
If any of our clients, patients or visitors have an infection themselves, such as colds, flu, vomiting or diarrhoea we ask that you contact the clinic prior to your appointment so we can advise you accordingly.
If you have any questions regarding infection control while at Riverside skin and laser clinic, please speak to the clinician in charge who will happily offer infection control guidance and advice.
